Does not compile - libssl-dev error #2

Compile error on Kali Linux 2016.2 due libssl-dev: struct HMAC and struct dh_st is not defined in version 1.1.0c-2 and because of this penetrator is not compiled. But after installing libssl-dev_1.0.1 from the site www.ubuntuupdates.org instead of with all the dependencies compiled penetrator. What versions of libssl-dev to fit and from what repositories they can swing for Kali Linux? Why not write it in the script?
