Quick Filter Bar for Permission Details screen

A quick filter like the one suggested above would help in quickly filtering with a single tap, the most likely information that user would like to see:

1. User apps that have been granted that permission.

2. System apps that have been granted that permission.

3. All apps which will clear the filters.

The User and System buttons will act as toggles showing list of apps that have the permission granted, and apps that have been denied the same i.e., tapping once will list apps that have been granted that permission, and tapping again will list those that have been denied that permission.
