Issue description

Installing new machine, a M3 running Sonoma 14.2.1.

I followed the instructions and added --with-x11 (and other flags, but this was the culprit), and in the end there was no Emacs.app installed.

I read somewhere that x11 support was removed from homebrew but I don't understand enough about it to verify that that was the problem.

The confusion came mostly from the tip at the end of the install to run a osascript to create a symlink into the Applications folder, which of course didn't work because there was no Emacs.app directory.

Ah, we need to change the caveats section for X11. The .app is generated for cocoa version only, X11 doesn't have it, so ignore the instructions.
