Update the wiki

The wiki requires updates given the latest updates.
@jccaicedo How do you think, the wiki should be updated according to the state of tf2 branch?
Configuration and parameters have become very different between tf2 and tf2 branches.

As a part of the solution, I suggest to move tf2 to master and master to tf1 branch, so it won't be confusing.

We have published the new release with new changes and current tf2 branch was merged with master.
The time has come to update the docs.

Let's create a GoogleDoc with the draft, so we can share it with collaborators to make sure it's clear.
The plan to update the wiki is to document the release 0.3.0, which is now in the master.
