Citation authors with non "FirstName LastName" structure appear as incorrectly parsed #66

In the case of a book or report other citation where the Author is an entity for example, then the Author field could be:

"Departement LV" which is a valid bibtex author name format, however in parsing the bibtex we automatically assume that this is "FirstName LastName" and parse to "Lastname, FirstName" where LastName is used only in the citation.

In this case, the whole author name should appear in the citation. e.g. (Departement LV, 2019)
