Gqrx had AppStream metadata for years, however Gpredict does not have any. It would be a good idea to add them.

It should be possible to use the existing AppStream metadata file from Flathub.

Also, the desktop icon file should have standard dimensions (64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512 etc.) and should be installed into /usr/share/icons/hicolor/$SIZE/apps (replace $SIZE with the actual dimensions) instead of the long deprecated /usr/share/pixmaps directory.

And it should ideally have the same name as the desktop file.
