不明白“读取您的浏览记录” 这个权限是做什么的？

因为需要获得划词页面信息以及标签页管理，沙拉查词申请了 tabs 权限，这个权限“可以”被用来读取用户浏览记录，但 Chrome 的表述看起来是这个扩展“会”读取您的浏览记录。

沙拉查词不会读取浏览记录，我也在尝试将这个权限改为可选。
