Fix/plan for entries starting with a letter that doesn't match the file letter

While doing some things in the https://github.com/cpina/dacco-to-db I've seen, for example, the entry "a continuació" is in the c.dic . qdacco would expect it in a.dic. Users cannot find "a continuació" and probably other words.

Other entries (in cat->eng) with this problem (possibly all of them):

a bord
d'ençà

de nyigui-nyogui

I'll check eng->cat when I've done this part in dacco-to-db
