I noticed in this code there's a SharedTaxa_function, but I can't find where it's called in other FEAST functions. Does this identify shared ASVs between sinks and source communities that FEAST is using to calculate estimations? Related, is there a way to determine whether a taxa is more important to FEAST's estimations of the proportion or a source in a sink than other taxa (potentially identifying those that are readily transmitted between source and sink)? I've been using indicator species analyses combined with FEAST to identify putatively transmitted ASVs, but would be cool if FEAST is capable of already providing that info.
Thanks!
Caitlin
