解决方案
文章的html中有“ #var createTime = '2024-08-22 21:57';”，这个时间和文章显示时间一致，用这个准确！

我用自己的公众号测试了，发现系统的发布时间，不是文章的发布时间，而是文章编辑完，点击预约发送时的时间
