Focus issue with query type CPs

Description

If mouse is used to select a query CP, the focus returns to the main chat textbox instead of remaining in the query CP's textbox.
Happens for all query CPs. Can enter text if hold mouse button down.
Why fix? Users will often select the CP, leave the window to copy something, then return to paste it.
