Windows 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1826
podman 4.1.1 executable when ran produces no confirmation that it's done.
looking around my drive, I noticed the podman path. running "podman machine init" for the first time produces no indication that it is running or doing something. nothing. rebooted Windows, still nothing.
how then to install "podman"?
