Deployment when CONJUR_DEPLOY_MASTER is false fails

Deployment doesn’t work when DEPLOY_MASTER_CLUSTER = "false" due to this PR: #51

This section doesn’t work: https://github.com/conjurdemos/kubernetes-conjur-demo/blob/master/6_deploy_test_app.sh#L100-L115 given that the tmp files are deployed only when master is run:

Given that I have not seen much work in this repo, I believe that it is but I have also not worked in this codebase for months so I cannot really provide an answer that's exact. If the problem still exists, it is still relevant to fix I believe.
