Issue

I'm trying to build docker images of NREL tools (WEIS, WISDEM etc) for both amd64 and arm64 platforms. openfast is one of our dependencies and would appreciate support for linux/arm64 via conda-forge.

I gave this a shot a couple of weeks ago and it failed with a bunch of compiler errors. It didn't make sense because it builds fine in a Linux docker container on an M1 Macbook, so the architecture and GCC can definitely do it. I will revisit this soon now that the Windows build issues have been resolved.
