When creating a new Environment using Conda ui, if you use different Capitalization but name it the same as an existing package (ie: py34 vs Py34), it doesn't give the error saying that there is already a package by that name, it will say creating environment then immediately close the popup window.
When creating Environments using conda create -n Environment it gives an error even if the capitalization is different.
