The BBB16 Expansion is a version of the BBB16 for the Falcon v4 Expansion Boards. It can be used with three expansion boards, 48 outputs. The design is surface mount. All the design files are open source and available on github.
To order PCBs upload the "GERBER-BBB_16_Expansion.zip" file in the "jlcpcb\gerber" folder to jlcpcb.com. Enable the SMD service, 'BOM-BBB_16_Expansion.csv' is the SMD BOM and 'POS-BBB_16_Expansion.csv' is the SMD CPL position file.
