Sir, I have converted SAMTools and VARSCAN wdl scripts to cwl. https://github.com/common-workflow-lab/2020-covid-19-bh/tree/master/Ambarish_Kumar_SOP/WDL2CWL

Please validate the samtools and varscan CWL scripts.

Convey in case of required change into the scripts.
