Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have to manually upload releases.

Describe the solution you'd like

Build the documents when I tag master.

I don't have time to build the GitHub Actions pipeline to make this happen. It'll involve installing a bunch of crap, including compiling panpipe from source.
