I'd like to raise the following concerns:

• Directors Resolutions

  Is an apostrophy missing in the title? (i.e. "Directors' Resolutions")

• Ordinary Shares

  Not defined anywhere what this means

• Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore

  Official spelling is Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore

On Directors Resolutions, the user can put the apostrophy in either before or after, because a company may have one or more directors, and that depends on a case by case basis.

On Ordinary Shares, we follow the standard convention for shares issued by the company in exchange for equity of the company. Have to check with @AICalico on the issue whether there needs to be a standard convention on that in the legal document.

On Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore: Yes, we have to change to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory of Singapore (aka ACRA).
