freeze at loading screen, can't see the content [recent occurance]

the page ("src")stuck on loading screen (fade in,fade out circle animation)

To replicate the problem:
i) download the code as zip
ii) local-host the "src"

When I open the index it appears this

Strange, it works for me. Are you sure you installed this following the instructions? Also, you say it doesn't work on your website, could you provide the link?
