Hearings Scheduled with no entries causes Home Page to throw an Exception

Describe the bug
The Home page is throwing an error on load due to Hearings Scheduled and one of the locations for the Hearing is not being populated, which causes a null error.

This is fixed enough to prevent crashing, but we haven't solved the underlying data issue (that location can now be undefined for at least one hearing) - we should probably look into that and update the date model before we close this out.
