1. Static IP
2. Port Forwarding,
   I Am already using this lab on live server

can you tell me exactly which port I have to forward I tried 4370 but not working UTP and TCP.
but when make DMZ it works , but it should be with port forwarding.

For Port forwarding you need to forward port 80 in your DSL Router
