Cannot Edit or Save Changes #29

I'm not sure why but I am unable to add anything. Not able to add any new items, download templates or install sample data.

I also cannot save when I edit setting or configurations.

Is there a fix for this, everything seems to revolve around the .htaccess file. I'm using the default one with one this change (RewriteBase /crm)
