Adobe Illustrator can not process some files. I'll report my findings here

So for the europe 2020 logo, I had to disable two transformations:
convertPathData and mergePaths. I'm going to check these settings on few more logos, and then we can add a flag, adobeIllustratorCompatible set to false by default.

svg/svgo#1137 (comment) - it seems like we can keep these transformations but with extra flags.

These settings certainly work on one image, I need to rerun the svg-autocrop on all the artwork, as well as to revert my previous attempts.
