Is there a command-line tool for transcribing audio files?

Usage would be something like this:

java -jar ./transcriber.jar --language=en-us ./my-audio-file.mp3 > transcript.txt

No, there is no such thing. You'd better try some newer toolkits like kaldi-offline-transcriber or https://github.com/alphacep/kaldi-websocket-python
