Should be able to read all files in a directory

Describe the Feature

Importing all the yaml files withing a local folder, without having to specify each one.

Expected Behavior

All the yaml files in a folder, when referencing eg some-folder/to-read/ should be read/imported.

Use Case

Breaking down larger files in more meaning full ways.
Eg when combining with the services control policies component and having the catalog version available offline (which are split by service)
