Greyed tabs are not clickable

Page to replicate - Manage contribtuion page -

Configure tab has multiple options, but only few can be clicked. Eg a Membership contribution page will have contribution tab disabled and a user cannot directly navigate to Amount section -

This works with default civi css but not with shoreditch probably because pointer-events is set to none for these links -
