Using q-layout (https://quasar.dev/layout-builder) it is straight-forward to get a 3x3 layout which we can use to store something like

• The drawer aspect of the sides mean that they can be closed or opened easily, so that is a possibility for the smallest screens
• The expected layout is that every part of the layout is at the same level and the middle is the router-view. This means that we would have to move the stepper into the Layout. The problem with that is that the validation model for the stepper is on the screen, so it breaks. Alternatively, we can try keeping the stepper into each screen and make it work with a Gambiarra. Refactor LayoutStepper and ScreenX #451 is related to first approach.
