To compliment the pacific_RA.json file found in: ./ckanext/cioos_theme/public/base/layers/pacific_RA.json

Well Known Text (.wkt) files in the https://github.com/cioos-siooc/cioos-siooc-schema repo may provide a base for generating these files.
