Is there a limit on number of videos? Video playback stopped working about a month ago. The videos progress to 13% and then freeze for a little while and then returns to the video thumbnails. We have 688 videos shared to this account.

We have tried updating, removing and logging off and on to try and fix the issue.

Appreciate any help!
