This repository holds the manuscript, as well as the notebook containing calculations and producing the plots, from the paper Statistical dynamics of social distancing in SARS-CoV-2 as a differential game by Chris von Csefalvay.
The main notebook is here – it contains all data and plots used in the paper.
If you wish to run the code, please make sure you set up a virtual environment based on the requirements.txt file here.
The manuscript is here, together with the bibliography. There is a courtesy edition of the PDF file, but please always use the one on ArXiv.
