It might be useful to improve the README more with a mind for an audience that is unfamiliar with the SDK/Horizon/Rust.

Not sure we are at that point yet -- may need to revisit after we get the XDR working and can submit transactions -- but would be awesome to rewrite some of the examples in the Stellar docs in rust. IE: https://www.stellar.org/developers/js-stellar-base/reference/base-examples.html
