[Urgent]Chromosome is longer than gene coverage

I want to show that only terminal regions of chromosome are enriched in genes. My genes cover 40% of chromsome and rest of the chromosome doesnt include genes if my interest and hence cannot be added in diagram. But I cannot scale or at least I dont want to calculate manually the scale to show this in Scribl.
