• To make sure that github will also understand the history.
• Also to make change notice connected with slack.

make use of

1. A md file will be added every meeting.
2. A md file is meeting-yyyy.mm.dd.md(ex:meeting-2016.07.02.md)
3. A moment in 2016.07.02, don't need to fork/branch. direct change to master branch.
