This is probably my second time using Git branching, so I hope I did this correctly. If merged, this would close #85.

Since MacAdmins Python and Munki's Python are most likely to have been installed by the admin, I think it makes sense to prioritize those. I moved Python.org and the CLI tools to the bottom, since they could have been installed by the user (and admins would have less control over them).

I also made a commit to address Python 2 and macOS 12.3, since Apple is no longer shipping Python with the macOS. I can include that in a separate PR if that makes the most sense.

Prioritize MacAdmins Python and Munki’s Python, as both are likely to be installed by the admin. Fall back to the Python.org distribution and the CLI tools, which could have been installed by the user.

@chilcote Hey, any interest in this? I'd really like to delete my branch to keep things clean.

Greg posted a good alternative approach in #85. If you feel that's enough, I can close this PR.
