Instead of hardcoding shortcuts to take you to https://github.com, let the user specify the base URL for their most frequented GitHub. Could start with it being an overall setting. Could expand to being per-repo and per-organization if users request this functionality.

Repos support custom URLs now. Should add similar option for projects and users/organizations.
