Describe the Enhancement

AWS controls IMDS settings via the metadata-options setting at instance creation time. Currently it isn't possible to provide this information to the instance creation command knife ec2 server create...

Describe the Need

Users wanting to ensure that new instances created only have access to the more secure IMDSv2 api.

Current Alternative

Current alternative is to manually modify the instance metadata options after the instance is created with the ec2 plugin.
