Jewish Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ C butter
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 t vanilla
  • ½ C powdered sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 2 T butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to creamed butter mixture.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla.
  • Separately, mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
  • Marble cinnamon mixture in with the rest of the batter.
  • Bake at 350°F for an hour or until done.
