Great Plugin! Unfortunately the offset function for fixed headers isn’t working (anymore?):

It has been quite a while but still want to share an answer I have found.
Adding "scroll-margin-top: 100px;" to .section class should solve this issue. It's from the plugin author's website: https://gomakethings.com/how-to-prevent-anchor-links-from-scrolling-behind-a-sticky-header-with-one-line-of-css/
