The driver fails to compile on linux 4.11.0

Added two small pull requests for Linux 4.11.0 compatibility.. please review / test and apply. Tested that the module compiles, modprobe is successful, and network device is created on my system, but I haven't tested the function of the card yet.

I made similar patches in my fork some time ago. I can say they have been working with my mythtv server for some time. It doesn't look like Ceton is interested in maintaining this driver. My pull requests were never acknowledged and they haven't published anything on their website for.
