If timelinePublisher is true, process doesn't close #80

Hi @LogosIntellect, I was researching more about this problem. Which version of Gradle are you using? I see 5.3.x(https://docs.gradle.org/5.3.1/release-notes.html#better-help-message-on-delete-operation-failure ) version implement better help messages on this kind of problems failing to delete files are other processes holding file descriptors open. But it looks very clear is happening on the build Talaiot folder. I will try to set up a Windows Machine to reproduce the problem. |

I can not exec gradle clean. Folder "build\reports\talaiot\timeline" is lock
