This is a counter/accompanying issue to #937 as the previous font has been archived and frozen. The 2 fonts proposed here are the replacement for it, and provides a variable styling to webpages with modern font forging technologies.

Note: The previous #937 Chiron Sans HK does not need to be taken down, keeping it saves the world from providing backward compatibility.

Hi, would like to see if this can be merged to upstream.

I see at least #1272 should worth a rerun on the CI job :))

Unfortunately there is an issue with the CI when trying to process the library, so the PR is blocked until someone can look at the CI issues :)
