Can't change the picture

I got problem when trying to change the picture. Tested with Chrome(win7)

This seems to be related to Chromium Bug #168387. More specifically it is an issue with how the dragover events need to be handled.

See this StackOverflow answer for details, repro and instructions on how to fix.

edit Oh wait this issue is ancient. Just came here looking for an already open bug on the problem, saw one, and didn't bother to look for the date. However, the problem in Chrome is a fresh and reproducible currently on Chrome 24.0.1312.52 m (production release).
