<p>Alexander III. befiehlt den [Empfänger] Templern von Toledo, in ihren Kirchen die Rechte des Erzbischofs von Toledo und seiner Suffragane auf Zehntzahlungen und Klerikerweihen einzuhalten. Außerdem sollen die Ritter auch für neu eroberte Siedlungen, auf die die Bischöfe traditionelle Ansprüche haben, den Zehnten entrichten. Zur Durchsetzung dieser Rechte hat Alexander den Bischöfen das Recht eingeräumt, das Interdikt oder die Exkommunikation gegen den Templerorden zu verhängen.</p>
