Provide reading resources for backup of essential data

in 18-responsibility you mention the importance of taking steps to protect your data (it is one of the objectives listed for the episode) but the guidance provided in the lesson itself mostly boils down to "use rsync" and "speak to the helpdesk for your cluster. While solutions/backup regimes are probably quite cluster-specific, I would like to see some links out to a bit of further reading from this section. At the very least, link to a tutorial about using rsync, but I wonder if there is something more than that available?
