Can carla_ros_bridge be used on windows？

Hey guys, has anyone used carla_ros_bridge on windows ?
I have tried to colcon build , but i met unexpected error.

Not sure on the normal windows distribution, but for anyone trying to run it on WSL, you have to install the colcon commons extensions package first using:
sudo apt install python3-colcon-common-extensions

After doing this you should be able to successfully build colcon
