New MasterCard "2" series BIN range support?

Currently card.io doesn't have the support for MasterCard 2 series BIN. Any plans for adding the support?

I did some brief repos browsing session, and haven't found a way to update dmz yet, please advise.
Ok, seems like it's a git submodule, not sure which version should I pick for current state of this repo.
