Specify levels

I am using v0.1.0 installed via pip. I am assuming "levels" is a map to zoom level? If that is the case, is there a way we could pass a list to only generate the levels we need (maybe similar to how tippecanoe works - i.e. Z5)? For example, if you have a carbonplanmap maxzoom at 4, there is no need to use time and memory to generate lesser levels, right?

@csteele2 thanks for opening this issue! I agree with this would be a valuable feature and hope to implement it within the next couple of weeks.
