We need to:

  • Organize package (e.g.: commands should be in the command module).
  • Document API.
  • Document the bot /-command interface.
  • Add tests and CI.

Took the chance to change the lists into checklists. The 4th item is now done by #35.

I think we're still missing tests. It's not trivial to add them (requires mocking the database, the bot, etc), but would be pretty good if we expect this bot to grow in features.
