What needs to get done

Prototype the rockcraft remote-build command, analogous to snapcraft's and charmcraft's

  • Add a rock recipe model in craft-application/launchpad
  • Add a RemoteBuild command in rockcraft

Why it needs to get done

To unlock Launchpad-powered builds from the command line
